We provide returns and exchanges of products purchased due to manufacturing defects or being out of expectation, within 10 days from the date product is received.
Upon receiving the returned product and verifying its validity for returns, a store credit voucher with no expiry date, equivalent to the price of the purchased product will be issued and sent via email to the customer.
Unless the product is received faulty, please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
Items should be returned unused with all the accessories. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
Customized orders, clearance, sales items, personalized orders and custom-made items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Delivery fee to return the product to us shall be borne by the customer.
